Material Preparation and Cutting
High-quality 304 stainless steel is selected for its excellent corrosion resistance and safety. Using high-precision laser cutting technology, the stainless steel sheets are cut into the required parts for the body, base, and lid. The cutting process strictly controls dimensional accuracy to ensure minimal size errors in each component.
Body Shaping
The cut stainless steel sheets are shaped into the cup body through stamping. Using specialized molds and equipment, the stamping process ensures a flawless and regular shape. The formed body is then finely polished to remove any burrs and achieve a smooth surface.
Base Pressing
The formed base is pressed onto the body. Using specialized pressing equipment, the base and body are tightly combined without gaps. The pressing process strictly controls pressure and temperature to ensure a strong and airtight connection between the base and the body.
Vacuum Sealing
The cup body features a double-walled structure with a vacuum in between for excellent insulation. During vacuum sealing, professional vacuum equipment is used to extract air between the inner and outer layers, ensuring the required vacuum level. The layers are then welded together to prevent air leakage.
Surface Treatment
The surface of the cup is treated with paint or coating to enhance its appearance and corrosion resistance. Different colors and patterns can be applied according to design requirements. The coating process involves multiple layers of spraying and curing to ensure an even and durable finish.
Logo and Decoration Processing
In the production process of the double-walled vacuum stainless steel water bottle, logo and decoration processing is a key step that enhances the brand recognition and aesthetic appeal of the product. This step includes various techniques such as silkscreen printing, laser engraving, and 3D printing, which can be customized to meet individual customer needs for personalized patterns or text.
Quality Inspection
Each flask undergoes triple testing for leak-proof, thermal performance, and surface finish to ensure 24-hour temperature retention. Automated equipment combined with manual sampling keeps defect rates below 0.3%. All products meet FDA and LFGB international food safety certifications.
Protective Packaging
Our standard packaging utilizes five-layer corrugated cartons as outer boxes, with stainless steel cups in individual three-layer corrugated boxes and plastic cups in PP bags. We support custom packaging or premium gift sets with brand manuals, greeting cards, and accessories. Flexible packaging solutions cater to diverse needs across all channels and clients.
