Pricing & Quotes

How is the price of a custom water bottle calculated?

Pricing depends on material, capacity, customization method, order quantity, and design complexity. Unit price decreases with larger orders. Provide your specific requirements for a quick quote.

What is the MOQ? Do you offer bulk discounts?

Most styles have a minimum order quantity of 50-100 units. Tiered bulk discounts apply at 500, 1,000, and 2,000+ units. Please inquire for details on specific bottle models.

Can I order a sample first? How much does it cost?

Absolutely! Sample cost is typically 2-3× the unit price, but the difference is deductible from your final order. We strongly recommend approving a sample before mass production to ensure quality.

Does the quote include design/mold fees? Any hidden costs?

Standard printing methods have no design or mold fees. Special processes may incur one-time charges, which will be clearly listed. All costs are transparent—no hidden fees.

How long is the quote valid? Does it include shipping & taxes?

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude shipping and taxes by default, but we can calculate logistics separately based on your delivery address. Long-term partners may request price-lock agreements.

Custom Color

How to Ensure Color Accuracy for Custom Colors?

Use standardized color systems like Pantone for reference, and always validate with physical samples and proofs. Consistent lighting conditions and calibrated monitors are also essential for precise color matching.

What is a Pantone color code?

Pantone is a standardized color system that assigns unique numbers to each shade, ensuring consistent color reproduction across different materials and locations worldwide. It’s the universal language for precise color communication in design and printing.

Now I understand Pantone color codes, but there are different color books. Which one do you need the code from?

Please provide the coated (C) codes—that’s what we need. The “C” stands for Coated paper. For example, Pantone 185 C is for glossy surfaces (like magazine covers).

I don't have a physical Pantone swatch book or design software. How can I find the right Pantone code?

You can use Pantone’s free Color Finder at pantone.com/color-finder:
1.Click the color wheel icon next to the search box
2.Pick your color visually
3.Search to get the closest match
Important: We need the Coated (C) version—like PANTONE 185 C. Avoid U or M.
Alternative: If that’s tricky, just send us a high-res image or RGB/hex code of your color. We can match it for you.

Can you guarantee an exact color match if I provide the Pantone code?

We’ll do our best to match the Pantone color as accurately as possible, but slight color variations are unavoidable due to lighting, monitor differences, and material limitations. A perfect 100% match cannot be guaranteed.

Custom Pattern

Can I use a picture/image for my custom design?

Absolutely! As long as the image is high-resolution and clear enough to show the details, we can work with it. However, providing the source file made with Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps or .svg) would be even better for the best results.

What size should my design be?

We’ll provide the exact design dimensions and template once you confirm the bottle model. Just let us know your preferred print area (e.g., full wrap, front panel only).

Can I use images I found online for my design?

You must own the copyright or usage rights for any image you provide. We cannot print copyrighted material (e.g., Disney characters, sports logos) without proper licensing. When in doubt, use royalty-free or original artwork to avoid legal issues.

What are the technical requirements for vector files?

Supply AI/EPS files saved in CS6 or higher, with all fonts outlined (converted to curves) and colors set to CMYK or Pantone spot color mode. Include linked images embedded and remove unnecessary layers. This prevents font substitution and ensures accurate output.

You retain full ownership of your original artwork. We only use it to fulfill your order and store files securely. NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) are available upon request. We guarantee never to reuse or share your design with other clients.

Custom LOGO

I just need my logo on a bottle. What files do you need?

Illustrator file (.ai/.eps) + Pantone color code.

I don't have that file. I only have a hand-drawn design/sketch.

No problem! Illustrator files are ideal, but we can digitize your sketch for you.
